Frequently Asked Questions

What happens on a discovery call? A: I will listen as you tell me about your life, health frustrations, programs you may have tried before, your expectations for me, and your commitment level.

 

Are coaching sessions in person or online? A: Coaching sessions are held online using an EMR platform called Practice Better.

Is my health information protected? A: Yes! I use a HIPPA-compliant EMR platform called Practice Better with all clients.

 

Do you accept insurance? A: No, I do not accept insurance.

 

What do I need to prepare for my first coaching session? A: Prior to your first coaching session, you will receive intake forms going over your health history, goals, lifestyle habits, diet, and medications and supplementation information. Please complete and return the forms at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

Do you offer Functional Lab Testing? A: Yes! I am partnered with Evexia Diagnostics to offer you testing options from 20+ CLIA-certified laboratories.

Are supplements and lab testing included in the cost of the coaching packages? 

A: No. Clients are responsible for the cost of any recommended lab tests and supplements.
